While you are completing your selections, we’re working hard behind the scenes obtaining approvals including BASIX/Nathers, Engineer and Water Board reports so that we can lodge plans to Council/private certifier/Building Approvals and are getting ready to start construction of your new home.
Once we receive Development Approval and your lender provides a Letter of Authority to Commence Construction, Code Homes will prepare quantities and issue orders to trades/suppliers.
One of the most exciting stages is seeing your dream home start to come to life! You are in good hands with us, as your client liaison and construction supervisor work together to keep you updated and invite you to visit your site at various occasions throughout your build.
